Julien has spent nearly a decade in Germany. Julien is also a partner in a German based law firm, advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters both domestically and internationally.

Jürgen Loges is a senior finance executive who has held a variety of executive board positions over three decades primarily in the automotive, building materials and aggregates industries.

Jürgen currently acts as chief financial officer for a large aggregates group headquartered in Germany with responsibility for over 120 affiliated companies, a position he has held for over a decade.

Jürgen has extensive experience in finance, controlling, integration, human resources, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, change management and succession planning.

Stephan Menze is a highly qualified expert with over 25 years of professional and management experience in an international environment.

As a certified accountant, controller and IFRS accountant of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Stephan has extensive and in-depth knowledge in the areas of accounting, property management and IT.

He has extensive experience in leading teams and implementing complex IT systems in a cloud environment. In addition, Stephan has in-depth expertise in setting up controlling systems, including KVG reporting.

His structured approach to complex projects and his strong ability to recognize and take into account important details at an early stage distinguish him in particular.

In addition to his professional career, Stephan has a keen interest in soccer, golf and traveling, which allows him to enjoy a balanced lifestyle.

Stephan Boras is an experienced professional with over 15 years of professional experience in international real estate companies.

As a certified accountant IHK international and IFRS Accountant IHK, he has specialized knowledge in international accounting and consolidation.

Stephan has played a key role in the management of real estate accounting and controlling and has extensive experience in debt collection and receivables management. He is particularly adept at setting up controlling reports, which makes him a valued expert in his industry.

His ability to understand and manage complex financial structures is further underlined by his involvement in the development and implementation of accounting systems.

In addition to his professional activities, Stephan has a keen interest in traveling and water sports.

Sibylle is a German chartered process engineer, with nearly two decades’ professional experience in managing businesses, international foundations and non-profit organisations, both abroad and in Germany. Prior to her return to Germany in 2011, she was professionally active in Russia, England, Jordan, Bulgaria and Saudi-Arabia (including acting as Chair of the Saudi-German Business Group for several years). Sybille regularly consults businesses in Germany on a wide range of matters and is an expert on immigration affairs in Germany.

Sibylle has experience in operations management and the streamlining of processes within and outside of her field in process engineering. She is a problem solver, with client interests at the centre of her attention.

Sibylle holds an MBA from Durham University Business School, and is a chartered engineer qualified by the Technische Hochschule Leipzig and Moscow Polygraphic Institute.

Andreas is a high performing executive with 25 years of experience including extensive international experience (2-years USA and 1-year Singapore) in general management, business development, mergers & acquisitions, carve-out, integration, risk, portfolio and project management, as well as innovation and patenting in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing metalworking industries.

His range of experience includes board membership and working closely with the supervisory board as well as other members of C-level management. He is a leading dealmaker with expertise in global business development protocols and consistency in achieving corporate expansion goals and a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to excel in matrix environments and successfully engage internal and external stakeholders in transformative ideas.

Urs is a versatile and pragmatic operator with 20 plus years in management roles focusing on supply chain, turnarounds, operations and corporate development, including many years spent abroad in the Middle East and Africa. Urs has held executive posts across a number of sectors, including automotive, financial services, manufacturing, nuclear to name a few. Urs is an internationally coined transformation and turnaround leader, very hands-on and results orientated. He combines excellent digital and soft skills, has sustainable risk appreciation and a strong and innovative business acumen.

Recent interim roles include acting as an executive and head of plant in respect of a nuclear plant dismantling project, an interim executive to group CEO with respect to a crisis intervention restructuring program and acting as lead project manager in respect of a significant recovery project in South Africa involving over 1500 FTEs.

Urs is a graduate of the Technical University of Berlin in engineering and holds a post-graduate qualification from the University of California at Berkeley in Supply Chain Management, Organization and Leadership.

Helge is a very experienced executive with over twenty five years' experience in consulting, establishing, transforming and managing medium-sized companies, with a particular focus on strategy and corporate development in the areas of marketing, sales & distribution, supply chain and procurement in the electronics, automotive and industrial sectors. Fifteen of these years were spent interfacing extensively with Chinese (including Hong Kong) corporates. Having held numerous positions as board member, managing director and authorised signatory with an operational focus and pragmatic approach, Helge brings effective solutions to the table. Helge also worked for several years as a management consultant in an international environment at PwC in Switzerland.

Helge holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Karlsruhe Technical University and is a trained as an SAP Application Consultant and as a business coach (ICF) in a German/Chinese environment.
